Vendor Agreement

Permits, Insurance, & Licenses

Vendors are highly suggested to hold all required permits, licenses, and insurance for their business operations, and agree to this agreement in order to vend at The Market off Main.

While operating at the market, vendors must follow all local, county, state, and federal regulations for handling, selling, and distributing food & Products. Vendors must keep their booth and their equipment in a clean, safe, and hazard free condition. At the end of the market each vendor must leave their space clean, with all trash and debris removed.

Vendors must supply their own tents, tent weights, and tables.

For the safety of all present at the market, ropes or tie down straps that connect the weight to your tent must be taut at all times. Bungee cords may not be used to hold tent weights. TENT WEIGHTS MUST BE ATTACHED IMMEDIATELY AFTER SETTING UP YOUR TENT AND WHEN WEIGHTS ARE REMOVED, THE TENT MUST BE TAKEN DOWN IMMEDIATELY.

SET UP

SET UP TIME STARTS AT 10AM WITH NO EXCEPTIONS - UPON ARRIVAL TO THE VENUE, PLEASE CHECK IN INSIDE MAD COWBOY VINTAGE FOR YOUR SPACE ASSIGNMENT. SET UP ENDS AT 11AM AS THE MARKET WILL START AT 11AM SHARP.

VENDORS THAT ARRIVE AT 11AM OR LATE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO SET UP AND WILL FORFEIT THEIR SPACE & FEES.

YOU MAY PULL INTO THE PARKING LOT TO UNLOAD YOUR ITEMS BUT ARE REQUIRED TO PARK ON 31ST ST OR OTHER STREET PARKING. This will allow more parking for market attendees.

Break Down

Vendors must keep their booth, tables, and displays assembled until the end of the market and may not pack up early without permission from a Mad Cowboy employee. After all materials are packed and loaded into your vehicle, vendors must ensure their space is free of all trash and debris prior to vacating. A cleaning fee may be assessed or suspension from future markets for uncleaned spaces.

Cancellation

No refunds for cancellation

If a vendor is unable to attend, please notify us ASAP so we can do our best to accomodate. We must adhere to these policies to ensure the wellbeing of the market as fees may already be allocated to marketing, photography, managements, venue costs, insurance, and other associated costs.

Rollovers are only offered when the market is canceled by the event coordinator & not by the vendor not showing up.

Should the event be canceled due to weather, vendors get priority booking for the next scheduled event.

By AGREeing to this form and accepting these terms, you, the vendor, agree to defend, and hold harmless The Market off main, Mad Cowboy Vintage, 101 barber CO, Pot Heads Plant Shop, The Aesthetic Salon, and it’s managers, markets, and venues from and against any and all loss, damages, liability, claims, suits, costs, and expenses, whatsoever, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, regardless of the merit or outcome of any such claim or suit, arising from or in any manner connected to the willful misconduct or negligent acts, errors, or omissions of Vendor, its agents and employees, in connection with participation in the Market off Main and in performance of services, work, or activities under this agreement and THE MARKET OFF MAIN RULES.

I ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH EACH AND EVERY RULE, REGULATION, PROCEDURE, TERM, AND CONDITION SET FORTH IN THE MARKET OFF MAIN VENDOR RULES AND AGREEMENTS.
